Toronto is 4th Most Liveable City in the World

Blog by Doriana Zohil-Morton, Broker of Record/Owner | April 16th, 2018

Canada is indeed a beautiful and peaceful place to live. Toronto – Canada’s largest city – is so great, it was named the 4th most liveable in the world! A place it has held for nearly a decade. And we could not agree more.

The results were from the Economist Intelligence Unit’s annual index on global liveability, where a score is assigned for over 30 factors across five broad categories of stability, healthcare, culture & environment, education, and infrastructure.

Stability? Check. Healthcare? Check. Culture and environment? Outstanding. Education? Public or private, it’s excellent. Infrastructure? Well-planned and continually growing.

Toronto is indeed a fabulous city to live in. With over 2.7 million residents, it’s pretty safe to say people select Toronto as home for a reason (nearly 6 million if you factor in the suburbs). Toronto is a cultural mosaic. The population is so diverse, and so welcoming of newcomers to Canada. With this multiculturalism comes a fantastic range of restaurants, music, theatre, museums, festivals, sports, and much more. You can experience it all here.

Relocating to Toronto Ontario, or relocating to North York Ontario? I can help you with all steps of the process, from finding a new home, temporary accommodations in the meantime, settling in services, move management, and so much more. So many steps of the move can be handled in advance, so when you arrive we can get you settled much faster. When moving to Toronto, I can help with all aspects of the relocation.

I’d love to hear from you, so call me today to discuss. 416-222-0025
